I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Cincinnati, OH) in Jan 2014
Interview
first step after applying online is a basic phone interview, about 10 minutes - just basic questions from your resume and if you can pass the background checks etc.
next is the in person interview with a recruiter. this was about an hour long with simple behavioral questions and info about the job. nothing to stress about.
after that they set you up with another interview at a local branch with the branch manager as well as the area manager. first hour they just show you around and let you shadow a couple employees. Just be sociable and ask questions to show you're interested and outgoing. pay attention to their sales technique because I was asked what they did to try to make the sale and if they didn't make it what they could have done better to get that sale. After the branch walkthrough was an hour interview with the area and branch managers with similar behavioral questions as the first interview. nothing too difficult or unexpected.
if you make It through that they set you up with a third and final interview with the regional sales manager. this was much more relaxed and conversational, just be outgoing and sell yourself on your sales capabilities and you should be fine.
Overall the experience was very good. everyone I talked to was great and very informative. they are very up front about what they are looking for and what the job entails.

Describe your experience with explaining to a customer how they can benefit from any additional services
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
