1st Interview- kind of a cattle-call feeling. Multiple people waiting in the office to be seen by someone to interview them. Once in the interview, the questions were pretty basic- What is your greatest accomplishment? Tell me a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer. What is appealing about this position and the company to you? What questions do you have for me?

Quick and smooth, my interviewer already had the questions pulled up and they only ask me to answer accordingly, Very interview esque but not too too serious quite relaxed also had a question period at the end.

Drivers license, speeding tickets, authorized to work in canada, leadership positions and how you would operate in this role
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!

Describe your experience with explaining to a customer how they can benefit from any additional services
