Met at the airport for observational training. I asked why a soccer ball was under the desk, employee stated, "Between 8pm and 11pm they have soccer games in the lobby, we get pretty slow". Sounds professional right??

The regional manager mentioned he likes slippers and asked me if wearing Mens' Ugg slippers was "blank"? Couldn't believe he made a "gay" reference in an interview.

Quick and smooth, my interviewer already had the questions pulled up and they only ask me to answer accordingly, Very interview esque but not too too serious quite relaxed also had a question period at the end.

Drivers license, speeding tickets, authorized to work in canada, leadership positions and how you would operate in this role
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!
