I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Olathe, KS)
Interview
Did a phone interview, and second came the face-to-face interview. The interview mostly most comprised of reviewing and questioning my education, related job background, sales, and customer service experience, if any. The management Trainee positions are for recent college graduates, which you means you don't have to have a lot of experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Provide examples of various work scenario encounters in the fields of sales and customer service.
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Toronto, ON)
Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
