I first applied for a job on the internet and sent them my resume and cover letter. Then they emailed me for a phone interview. After the interview which took about 30 minutes they asked to see me in person for an interview. After that they wanted to interview meet me again then I was hired.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
