Tell them what they want to hear...these guys are overconfident, gullible morons. Yes sir I love to work weekends. Yes sir I would love to do that at a discount for you. I would also request that I be allowed to wear only white or blue shirts and a suit and tie every day. Anything other than that and I might start getting ideas. 50-55 hour weeks with unpaid lunches. Booya! Come live the dream baby!

Sell me this pen, you have to sell them a pen and the idea is for you to convince them they need it. Ask them to borrow all of their pens/writing utensils for a sec and then say can you please write this down. They'll say but I don't have anything to write with and then you'll say well I can sell you this pen. I kid you not. Direct from some B movie. Might want to watch boiler room 2-3 times as well for the answers to the rest of their questions.
Great outreach and screening process. Guided through the whole process, felt they wanted me to be a successful candidate. Professional. 2 hour second interview felt long. Make sure to bring printouts and copies of resume.
