After an email, the man called me very quickly. He was very up front, but super polite. He asked if I a college degree, and stated that he would like to meet. When we decided on a time, I met with him initially. Then I met with the Regional Manager. Then the Vice President of the (insert territory here...for lack of memory). Everyone was very friendly but emphasized competitive nature.

The worst question was the typical "sell me this random object" question. No matter how one prepares for those, it doesn't go too well.
Great outreach and screening process. Guided through the whole process, felt they wanted me to be a successful candidate. Professional. 2 hour second interview felt long. Make sure to bring printouts and copies of resume.
