I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Jun 2017
Interview
There is a 3 step interview process. 1st - a chat with a recruiter, 2nd - interview and 2 hrs of unpaid work in a local branch, 3rd - a few hour long group evaluation, where they would like to see if you know how to "play the game". The overall process is not too difficult, but can be overwhelming to younger applicants that have never been to a group interview. Be prepared to show your "customer obsession" values.

3rd round interview question/roleplay: Suppose a customer returns a rented vehicle with the gas tank nearly empty. The terms and conditions state that the tank must be full upon return. You clearly know that the customer was advised about this, but the said customer is unhappy and claims your team never told them about this. They refuse to pay for the fuel. What do you do?
Interview process was quick and straightforward. Talent acquisition were friendly and informative about the role. I would definitely apply again in the future. It would be great if they provided more detailed interview feedback, however all in all the interview process was well organised and a great experience.
