I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Vancouver, BC) in Mar 2021
Interview
Very negative experience. Hiring managers at corporate companies like Enterprise have to be more qualified. I applied online and they sent me a link to schedule an interview. However, there were no time slots available to sign up. I sent a follow up email and nobody responded back. I had to go check the sign up link everyday to see whether they have opened time slots and I found a time slot by chance. Before sending an interview invitation they have to make sure that sign up link is available. During the phone interview the hiring manager did not show any enthusiasm. She called me from a secret number which sounded like a spam. She did not do a proper introduction and jumped into the classing HR screening questions as soon as I picked up the phone. She sounded like she was reading a script, and for a second I thought I was speaking to a voicemail service. I was not able to hear the recruiter clearly, her voice was glitching due to a problem on her side and almost every time she asked a question I had to ask her to repeat it. I even answered some questions without properly hearing the question. The order of the questions were screwed up. And I felt like the recruiter was not listening or paying attention to my answers. Every time I finished answering a question there was a 5 second awkward silence and I felt myself very uncomfortable. At the end of my interview, she sounded like she was in a hurry and didn't ask me whether I have any questions for them. But I did have questions, so I asked them. Even though I was very curious about the answers and it was not written anywhere in the job description or company website, she treated me as if I didn't made my research properly and made me feel like I am wasting their time. Overall very bad experience and a waste of time. Enterprise did not only loose an employee, they also lost a customer.
