I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Mar 2010
Interview
The phone interview was okay. The person that interviewed me was polite and asked good questions. I think they are looking for someone that wants to open their own Enterprise office, because when he asked me how far I would like to advance I answered: Branch Manager or Regional Manager.
If you interview with them and you really want the job, just be prepared to work up to 60hours a week. I was surprised when the interviewer told me this. I hear that their Manger Trainee program is really good and that you can advance in the company really fast.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
