Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is something you have done in your personal life to improve yourself?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Mar 2010
Interview
Applying online was easy and the initial phone assessment and interview went just fine. Went to the branch to interview with the branch manager and the regional manager. Couldn't help but notice of the 7 employees there, all were men.... as were the managers that I interviewed with. The interview was fine and they were friendly, but on my way out as we shook hands, I was informed that there was "another candidate who already interviewed, and it is a man actually..... so we'll be getting back to you."

Question 1
If you could wave a magic wand, what would you like your salary to be in 3 years?
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
