      Interview

Overall a very nice experience. Had to take an online assessment test that followed with a one way video interview and then a phone interview with a nice lady. Phone interview is a little bit more difficult since you have to answer on the spot. I was nervous so I answered some of the questions wrong , even though I have perfect answers for those questions, now that I think about it. Be prepared for 'Tell me about a time when...' questions. WIll only know if I got an offer next week. Overall, it was a nice experience and the lady interviewing me was very nice and polite!

Work From Home Customer Service Representative Interview

      Sep 8, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Lansing, MI
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Lansing, MI) in Aug 2018

      Interview

The interview process had three primary stages; the application survey, the one-way video interview with predetermined questions and a telephone interview with an HR representative. The survey is in-depth, easy and kind of enjoyable (If that's even possible). Just make sure to only answer with definitive answers on the "true or untrue" spectrum. Do not be wishy-washy. Secondly, the video interview is nice in the sense of being able to control the flow of your answers. You have the time to review your thoughts, and look back onto the videos you'll be submitting. The interview is conducted through a thrid-party app, SparkHire. You have unlimited re-tries, so there's no excuse for a less than perfect answer! Lastly, there was an in-depth, lengthy telephone interview. The HR representative I was working with called herself and conducted it. It can get to be 45 minutes to an hour long as a whole, so be sure to give yourself enough time to speak, and give yourself a nice, quiet area to work in. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the depth and detail put into the interview process, given you have no actual face-time with anybody! 9/10, would totally sell myself again to them!
