Interview
I was super nervous as this was my first time interviewing for an internship but the employers definitely made me feel very comfortable enough throughout all interviews. I was told that there were going to be three interviews in total. If you pass the initial interview with the recruiter you move on to an interview with a branch manager and then with the VP. The first interview was very relaxed and was more about just getting to know you personality wise. Then it was followed by a couple of behavioral questions about customer service. The second interview with the branch manager included more behavioral questions as well but more about sales. I actually was offered the job after the second interview but was prepared to go to a third round. In general just be confident and relate to past experiences (can be in classroom or previous jobs). Another note, both of mine were done virtually, but that can just be because of COVID measures.
