Applied online and it took less than a week for a recruiter to call me. A quick phone interview went over my resume/educational background and then I was asked to come in for an in person interview a week later. 1st in person interview was with the same recruiter who called. We went over some behavioral questions. A lot of 'tell me about a time that you....". After that interview I was handed some paperwork explaining the management trainee program and expectations. I was told upfront that the hours would be long. The recruiter called me the next day to invite me to a 2nd interview. 2nd in person interview was a branch observation for an hour and a hour interview with the branch manager and area manager. This was the longest but most straight forward. They really want to see your personality and get you to understand that the hours will be long and that it's a sales job but there won't be any sort of commission that you receive on those sales until after you are promoted to assistant manager. After the expectations were laid out, they ask if you're still interested and why they should hire you. I was told that they would make a decision later that day and that I would be receiving a call for a 3rd interview if they chose to go forward. The next day I got the call for the 3rd interview which took place the following week. 3rd interview was with the regional manager. Pretty much just 'We want to hire you and a take the weekend to think about it'. The next week HR (the original recruiter) sent me an official offer letter with a start date for 2 weeks later.
