Everyone was very nice and professional, but I felt like I was "over-interviewed" for the position. I had a phone interview, then an in-person interview with two people. I was then asked to take some tests, which I apparently did well on because I was asked back for an interview with two other people, including the branch manager. This would seem reasonable, but they told me I was up against 5-6 others. I could see doing this down to the last couple of people, but it was a lot of work to put that many people through. When I didn't get the job, they told me I could re-apply in 6 months. I did, but I couldn't even get a phone interview at that point.
