I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in May 2014
Interview
The interview process was very easy. I found this position on LinkedIn, applied, and a day or two later got an email from the recruiter asking for a phone interview.
Phone interview is very basic and easy. They are looking to see if you know your stuff about their company. The question they will ask you is, "Why Enterprise?" They want to see if you are really interested in a long term opportunity because Enterprise is a very high turnover company because their employees get recruited from various employers.
Next was the face to face interview. This will be held at the admin office. The recruiter will ask you behavioral type questions that are very typical in a interview. "Tell me about a time you encountered a situation where you had to act quick to solve a unforeseen situation?" "Tell me about a time you stepped up and showed your leadership skills?" "Tell me about a time you took the initiative within a group setting?" These are the types of questions you will need to be prepared for.
Last and final interview is with the branch manager at the branch your applied for. You will be in the room with the branch manager and the area manager. This is more of an interview where they want to get to know you as a person, but will also ask you the SAME questions as in your previous interview. They will also ask you if you are in the interview process with another company (if you are killing the interview, use this to your advantage to even draw their attention even more, if you are not doing well in the interview, this strategy could work against you) and will ask you questions like "If we gave you an offer, and *Name of other company* also gave you an offer, who would you choose first and why?" The way to answer this is to tell them you will accept whoever has the most interest in you first.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you handled a situation where you had to change your communication, was it hard for you?
Great outreach and screening process. Guided through the whole process, felt they wanted me to be a successful candidate. Professional. 2 hour second interview felt long. Make sure to bring printouts and copies of resume.

The interview process is a little long. There’s three interviews. They go over your history and see if you are competitive enough to work for the company. They look for athletes and people who are outgoing.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility

Three-part interview process! My only complaint is that I was reached out to on LinkedIn and have no idea what the actual job is. Other than that, everyone has been super friendly and on top of the process, making me feel a little too relaxed haha.
