I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Mar 2022
Interview
It was an online interview. I waited 15 minutes prior to the interview time, did not get a link once it started. I emailed the acquisition specialist and recieved a link shortly after. Hopped onto the link, was the first one there. One of the managers came in about 5 minutes after and interviewed me while they were driving. After ten minutes, the second person interviewing me showed up. Shortly after, the first person hung up. The second person kept asking about sales experience, knowing I didn’t have any. Then they asked me if I played sports. Decent interview, bad start.
I then visited their branch for an observation. Very dead day. I asked how they maintained their cars and they were adamant on the staff cleaning the cars with maintenance at external companies. Thought it was weird to be washing cars for an internship, but went with it. The staff seemed really bored. I observed one of them answering the phone and she seemed really unenthusiastic. Overall, the staff seemed pretty chill, probably good on your resume, but doesn’t seem very thrilling.
