I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Leeds, England)
Interview
The first part was an online form which was fairly straight forward. Second was a telephone interview, but this is purely a formality and at this point you will be given a face to face interview. The third part is the interview with the recruiter/talent agency representative at one of their offices. Fourth part is a branch visit followed by an interview with the Branch Manager and if you pass this you will be invited to an assessment day which lasts roughly 4 hours.

Question 1
Describe a time where you have met your sales target?
Interview process was quick and straightforward. Talent acquisition were friendly and informative about the role. I would definitely apply again in the future. It would be great if they provided more detailed interview feedback, however all in all the interview process was well organised and a great experience.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Cardiff, Wales) in May 2026
Interview
