      Management Trainee Interview

      Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Melbourne, FL) in Aug 2010

      Interview

I applied on-line for the position of the Management Trainee. After filling out an application, I was instructed to complete a personality test. It was about 100 questions. A situation or statement was presented and you had to choose if you strongly agree, agree, strongly disagree, disagree, or neither. Two days later I received an e-mail requesting a phone interview. The phone interview was only a few minutes and the HR person just verified the information from the application. We discussed education, employment history, if I was ok with working long hours and weekends, salary, and also there was an emphasis on SALES. The next day I received an e-mail asking to schedule a face to face interview at a local branch. The interview was about a week later. I intervied with the area manager, but while I was there, I met everyone in the office. The interview was about 45 minutes and after, I stayed to complete a job preview. Again, I was asked similar questions about my education and experience, and also situational questions. One was an example where you had to work in a team, another was where I see my self in 5 years, another was dealing with a challenging customer, and quite a few about sales. For example, how would you sell the insurance coverage to a customer who has insurance? After I was questioned, I was given the opportunity to ask questions. They explained that if offered the position, I was in a program that could last a life time..all the way from management trainee to vice president. They want someone who is not planning on leaving their company in a few years and someone who is a good sales person. The salary for the position was $32,500. I was not offered the position. I think where I went wrong was telling them my future plans of becomming a CPA.

      Interview

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
