I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Midvale, UT) in Oct 2010
Interview
The interview was 1:1 with an HR Manager at a regional administration building, and was the first of many interviews (I don't know how many yet). I am currently scheduled to interview a second time at a local Enterprise branch, so the interview process is not finished for me.
Not too difficult of questions; mostly behavioral questions. The majority of the questions were centered around past sales experience. The manager was very friendly and easy to talk to.

Question 1
Describe your sales experience within the past 5 years.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

Question 1
What is something you have done in your personal life to improve yourself?
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
