Spoke with a recruiter a few times over the phone after applying, he described the job and the benefits, really hyping it all up. Took a long time to finally organize a time to actually sit down for an interview, spoke with an assistant manager and the branch manager. The interview was harder than expected, especially after having especially after speaking on the phone with the recruiter. I had felt confident going in and less confident leaving. The job was far more sales-focused than I had expected and also requires moving to offices that have openings to move upward at all.

The first and last were deceivingly casual and the guy running the interview was very flippant. Felt like everything went well and then got ghosted. They ask typical interview questions (Strengths/weakness) etc.
