I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Mar 2023
Interview
There are three different stages to the interview process. The first stage is an initial interview with a recruiter. These questions were basic "get to know you" kind of questions. The second stage is completed in two portions. The first portion includes a 1-hour branch observation, where you shadow someone at the branch and take notes on a checklist. The second portion is a 1-hour formal interview with an area manager of the branch. These were very rigorous questions that ask about your previous sales experience, customer service experience, overall drive and competitiveness , and how you would fit in the company culture. The third stage is an interview with the regional Vice President. In this stage, this is where a job is either offered or denied. These questions were very similar to the second interview, just a little less intense and more personal based.

Great outreach and screening process. Guided through the whole process, felt they wanted me to be a successful candidate. Professional. 2 hour second interview felt long. Make sure to bring printouts and copies of resume.

Three-part interview process! My only complaint is that I was reached out to on LinkedIn and have no idea what the actual job is. Other than that, everyone has been super friendly and on top of the process, making me feel a little too relaxed haha.
