Interview
A recruiter reached out to me after seeing my experience on a networking/social media employment app. We had a 15-30 minute conversation regarding what I was looking for, as well as the opportunities available with the company. My next step was a video conference interview with a different recruiter, which lasted about 30 minutes. From there, it was an interview/observation at a branch location with the Area Manager, and then my final interview was with the Regional Manager at a different branch location. Every person that I spoke with was very professional and welcoming of any questions that I had. They all were more than ready to sing the praises of the company as well, so it made me excited to discuss the opportunities that would be available to me by joining such a great company.

Great outreach and screening process. Guided through the whole process, felt they wanted me to be a successful candidate. Professional. 2 hour second interview felt long. Make sure to bring printouts and copies of resume.

Three-part interview process! My only complaint is that I was reached out to on LinkedIn and have no idea what the actual job is. Other than that, everyone has been super friendly and on top of the process, making me feel a little too relaxed haha.
