I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Chattanooga, TN) in Mar 2023
Interview
Fairly straightforward. Want to make sure that you understand that it is about learning the whole business and that renting cars is not it. Very questioning on other interviews and interest I had from other companies. Made it to final level of interviews where the Regional President grilled me "off the record" where he obviously determined I wasn't dedicated to giving my life over to them. Then never received any update after having driven 2 hours round trip twice.
Great outreach and screening process. Guided through the whole process, felt they wanted me to be a successful candidate. Professional. 2 hour second interview felt long. Make sure to bring printouts and copies of resume.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
Three-part interview process! My only complaint is that I was reached out to on LinkedIn and have no idea what the actual job is. Other than that, everyone has been super friendly and on top of the process, making me feel a little too relaxed haha.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Quick and smooth, my interviewer already had the questions pulled up and they only ask me to answer accordingly, Very interview esque but not too too serious quite relaxed also had a question period at the end.
