I was reached out to by a recruiter who did a phone screening with me and then I moved forward to setting up a video interview with a HR manager for the tristate area. While both the recruiter and HR manager were nice what was excruciatingly annoying is that the earliest I could set up the video call was 2 1/2 weeks out from my initial screening because of how booked up they were. They also really didn't have any real requirements in the job description other than having a degree in accounting/finance which likely led to the clog of a bunch of applicants. This tells me that they pretty much interview everyone which I don't like because it defeats the purpose of a screening process. During the end of the call, the HR person told me that she would like me to come in and hours before I was supposed to go in for my second round interview, they sent me an email stating that they changed their minds.

The first-round interview went really well. She was very nice and professional, which made the conversation feel comfortable and natural. I wasn’t stressed, and I felt confident discussing my background. She asked thoughtful questions about how the company operates and my potential future there, which made the discussion engaging and insightful.

Interview
15 minute first round online interview using teams. It was very basic background questions and then scheduled in person interview. Second round in person interview much longer with some technical questions. Very nice interviewers both rounds.
