I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (San Antonio, TX) in Jun 2009
Interview
First off I didn't plan ahead or research enough for the sort of questions the recruiter might ask. So I was not prepared and stumbled over my answers.
She asked me questions about:
background
experience
schooling
where did i see myself in 5 years with Enterprise
what management situations had I been in
what leadership roles had I held
could I describe a time when I had to show leadership or management skills to overcome a situation
work hours
traveling for the job
The recruiter told me pay was low $30,000 between 40-50 hours a week. Rotating weekly day/night shifts.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
