Simple online application. Next stage is telephone interview. Main questions are around sales experience and why the role/enterprise. Very quick - 10 minutes average.
Next stage is first round interview with HR employee. Competency based interview and CV-based interview purely. Couple questions about why role/why enterprise.
Next stage is second interview at a branch with Branch Manager. Spend 2 hours first shadowing employees and understanding what goes on in a normal day. Ask as many questions to employees as possible and don't be quiet. Then there is the interview with the branch manager. Competency based interview again, very similar to first round interview.
Next stage is assessment day which is final stage.

Interview process was quick and straightforward. Talent acquisition were friendly and informative about the role. I would definitely apply again in the future. It would be great if they provided more detailed interview feedback, however all in all the interview process was well organised and a great experience.

Polite but slightly unprofessional and inaccurate to the job description. SHadowed first and just sat at the desk doing nothign really for an hour as the manager wasn't ready to interview me yet.
