I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Marlton, NJ) in Jul 2023
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me via Indeed and set up a phone call to discuss the position. Shortly after, a preliminary Zoom interview was scheduled. The interview questions were pretty difficult for a preliminary interview; make sure to practice the STAR method, as they will ask you a lot of questions that require you to give examples. The recruiter reached out to me because I am a recent college grad with not much professional experience as of yet, and said that the company is all about giving recent grads opportunities, but the interview made it obvious to me that they really only want people with extensive sales experience.

Quick and smooth, my interviewer already had the questions pulled up and they only ask me to answer accordingly, Very interview esque but not too too serious quite relaxed also had a question period at the end.

I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!
