I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Aug 2023
Interview
Had an email requesting to schedule a Teams interview. I attended the Teams interview and the Recruiter was speaking fast so I requested him to slow down so I could understand what he was telling me and write it down. The first few questions were fine. The recruiter then asked me a sales-type question along the lines of "tell me a time about how you convinced a customer to buy a product". I had never been in a sales-role before, so I was kind of stuck on this question and told him that I wasn't able to answer that as I didn't have any previous experience in selling. I felt stressed at that moment as I thought because I didn't answer this question I already know I probably wouldn't be invited for the second round interview at my local branch that I would have potentially been employed at. After the recruiter was done asking questions, I asked some questions, but not all that I wanted to. The recruiter seemed to rush the ending so I didn't bother asking another question or two that I wanted to. To me, I didn't feel like the recruiter was very charismatic about the interview. I was then told that I would be notified within 48 hours on if I would be going through to the next round. I heard back within that timeframe and was denied. I always make it a point if I am denied to request the reasoning for my denial so I can improve myself for the future. I never heard any feedback from the recruiter as to why I wasn't being moved forward. Just the generic "you won't be moving forward" message.

Drivers license, speeding tickets, authorized to work in canada, leadership positions and how you would operate in this role
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!
