I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Champaign, IL) in Jan 2023
Interview
Started with a phone call screening about my education and work history as well as how the position timeline works. Second interview was onsite in Champaign, IL. I waited an hour for the manager to show up (definitely a learning experience - would never wait half as long now). When the manager did show up, he was very preoccupied and dismissing. About halfway through he asked me to rank 5 values from most to least important. I ranked money on the lower end (it was a starting position - I stated that I understood higher incomes were something you worked towards, not something you get right out of the gate) and it became incredibly apparent that he did not have any interest in what I said after that. He kept looking at his email as I talked. This may just be a one-off situation, but it felt more systemic from the way everyone brushed off the fact he was so late. I did not receive an offer. I asked the recruiter for notes and she said the only thing the manager said was that I did not seem competitive enough.

Question 1
Describe your experience with explaining to a customer how they can benefit from any additional services
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
