I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Oct 2023
Interview
First interview was virtual with a 'talent acquisition specialist', then invited to a 3 hour branch visit and final interview with the area manager. The first stage was very professional, with a good overview of what the job entail. The branch visit was basically a joke. I was told I would be experiencing what a work day there is like. Staff were unprofessional, telling me that I just need to seem 'money hungry' and I will get the job. The area manager was rude and belittling. When I asked him if he thinks his employees have a good work/life balance, he practically laughed in my face and said they work 45 hour weeks, often overtiming and they know they sign up to this when accepting the job... I went in there open minded (despite having read all the reviews here beforehand), but i would advise you to STAY AWAY. There are much better graduate opportunities out there for you!
