Interview
This interview process consists of three interviews in which you complete with HR, a branch location and the group rental manager. The process to get these going is very easy and enjoyable. I was given constructive feedback after my first interview of how to succeed in the following two interviews. During my branch location interview I got to shadow and work with everyone in the location to see if everything was a good fit. Everyone was so welcoming and supportive of every question I had and then some! My final interview I was able to have in person rather online and I truly enjoyed getting to see the different aspects of the company through the interview process. During all three interviews the companies values and morals shown through!
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
