Interview
The interview process consisted of two rounds of interviews. One with the talent recruiter and one with the Accounting Director. Pretty smooth interview questions. It was more so of a casual conversation, such as why should they choose you & why you choose accounting?

What makes you stand out compared to other candidates?
typical interview with some analytical questions. most questions about yourself and lots of "tell me about a time" questions. come prepared with questions for interviewer. otherwise pretty standard interview, analytical questions about excel and basic accounting principles
Phone interview and a zoom interview very straight forward process. Took a couple weeks after the phone interview to set up the final interview. They asked very basic questions and why I was interested working at enterprise.

Interview
The three-step process starts with an online interview and then two in-person interviews. Interviewers are thorough when evaluating accounting capabilities but personable. They seek high-quality candidates who can fit well in a team.
