Interview
Simple application, no online tests, first round telephone interview and then face to face interview at a prospective branch. If successful you get put through to the AC as the final round. The telephone interview is quite relaxed and short. The branch interview is longer but again relaxed as you can shadow an employee for the day and get a feel of the work you will be doing. The AC was enjoyable, it consisted of presentations given by senior management, two group tasks, a small written planning task and an interview.

Question 1
Asked for lots of examples of customer service, when you may have gone above and beyond to provide service to a customer or even a family member or friend. They may also ask you about sales and if you have had any sales experience.
Interview process was quick and straightforward. Talent acquisition were friendly and informative about the role. I would definitely apply again in the future. It would be great if they provided more detailed interview feedback, however all in all the interview process was well organised and a great experience.

Polite but slightly unprofessional and inaccurate to the job description. SHadowed first and just sat at the desk doing nothign really for an hour as the manager wasn't ready to interview me yet.
