I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Sterling, VA) in May 2011
Interview
Initially the hiring manager called me and conducted two phone interviews. The first interview she asked me various questions about my educational background and work experience. On the second phone interview she inquired about my extracurricular activities in college and whether or not I held leadership positions. After I explained in detail about my leadership experience the lady stated that I should come in for a 1:1 interview and state exactly what I explained to her to the other hiring manager. I showed up for the face-to-face interview 15 mins early. During the interview the hiring manager gave me different scenarios dealing with time management, customer service resolutions, and prioritizing. The Only part I lacked in the interview was my sales experience in regards to meeting sales quotas.
