Enterprise Mobility Customer Service Representative (Work From Home) interview questions

Applied for this position online. As with most companies nowadays there was a general application as well as an assessment to take. The application part was just as you would expect; pertinent information, employment history, and the likes. The assessment was tailored for a customer service rep position. Lots of questions asking what you would do in certain situations, how you would handle different kinds of customers etc. Then there was a mock phone call to handle. They set you up with all the workings of a 'system' You have a database to look up customer info, the screen to enter all collected info etc. Then you have to complete the steps based on what info you gathered. It was neat. Definitely more in depth than I have seen in other applications. After the applying process I was then contacted via email by a recruiter to schedule a phone interview and I was instructed to perform a technical requirement scan on the computer I would be using for the position. This was accompanied by an attachment with all technical requirements. Certain upload/download speeds, processing speed, USB ports etc. The link is a safe link as I scanned it with my Avast Security software. My first interview was with a very nice and professional woman. She asked all the normal questions...what are my strengths and weaknesses...why I would be a great fit for this job and why do I want to work from home. She also outlined what the job would entail. She was very detailed and specific. The interview lasted about 1 hour and I was told I would be contacted for a 2nd interview if I was chosen to move on to the next phase. The next day I was contacted via email again to schedule my 2nd phone interview. A week later I was on another hour long phone call with another recruiter. She asked basically the same questions as before just in a way more firm manner. Less joking and back and forth banter. Much more to the point. The overall process was bearable. I was offered the job after passing background.
