My interview was for a Project Engineer in Enterprises field engineering department. The overall process was fine nothing really set them apart from the rest. The interview included various levels of management from the department and HR. Most of the questions were the typical corporate interview process.

Straight and to the point. Phone screening, then on-site. Technical and behaviour type questions. It was roughly one hour on the phone and two hours in person. Got to meet most managers before accepting including the executive managers which is helpful.
