The interview process was terrible. Eight interviews with various areas within the company. Interviews were 1x1 on 4 different days. The final "assessment" was a 6 hour marathon with 4 hours of online assessments and a 2 hour interview. I was told that the assessment was a data point. I was told by the recruiter that all 8 interviews went extremely well. I questioned the weight of the assessment portion and was told it was one data point. Apparently, the assessment is the only data point that matters. My background, experience, interviews, and references were great. I was told based upon the assessment, I would not get the job. I was shocked.
