Initial 15 minute phone screening with the recruiter. A few days later there were 2 30-minute interviews, including the manager I'd be working under. The following week there were 4 30-minute interviews with various members of the teams I'd be working with and 1 HR rep.
The first round was more focused on the overall job, responsibilities, how my role fit into the company, and talking through my experiences.
The second round of 4 were more focused on the culture fit, a few technical questions related to the job responsibilities, and directly relating my previous work experience to specific responsibilities I would have in this role.
