I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Environment America in Mar 2012
Interview
I applied online and I received an automated message notifying me of an interview. This, already was a bad sign. I was told to schedule a phone interview on this online calendar also on their website. This type of massive message and inpersonal communication with a potential employee threw me off but since I was desperate for a job, I went ahead and applied. I got an email confirmation and they told me the name of my interviewer. She wasn't even working in the city and project I had applied to!!

Why are you passionate about the environment or why do I want to work in environment?
Basic questions. Written portion. They are begging altruistic smart college grads to take this job. Some mind games are played here - I would advise reading the website ahead of time.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Environment America (Washington, DC) in Jul 2020
Interview
The most unprofessional and, quite honestly, disrespectful experience I've ever had with an organization. Interview got rescheduled multiple times and I had to wait weeks, only to find out that there wasn't even a position available for me. My second round interview was a nightmare. My interviewer seemed irritated that he had to speak to me at all.
I applied online. I interviewed at Environment America in Jun 2020
Interview
Submitted applications online and got interviewed via zoom the next week. Overall casual interview since the interviewer wore a vest instead of professional dressing. First introduced some projects they have been working on. Then asked some questions
