Interview
If you're a college student majoring in a public policy related field then as long as you're not a total idiot and have a pulse you should get the job no problem. With this job, however, getting the job isn't the hard part keeping it is. If you're not good at making conversation of fundraising then your days are numbered. The fundraising minimums aren't too hard (Around $800 a week or $160 a day) but you will get cut quick if you consistently fall too short.

Interview
First there was an information session on Zoom explaining the purpose and function if the company, the job description, the benefits and more. Then we broke out into individual interviews where we were asked about our interest in the position as well as our relevant experience.
Super easy, literally anyone can get a job if they want. They didn't ask anything hard, they just want to know if you can work. The interview was very informal, you showed up in a random room with other canvassers there and you get a run down on the job as basically interview.
