Interview
I applied through my school career center. Environment America came to campus to give an information session and interviews were held the next day. The people were very nice and they really were excited about their work. The interview was 1 on 1. I was asked several questions about my background, why I wanted the position, several behavioral questions. They also ask what news you follow, how politically minded you are. In the end, this job was much more policy geared than I wanted.

The most unprofessional and, quite honestly, disrespectful experience I've ever had with an organization. Interview got rescheduled multiple times and I had to wait weeks, only to find out that there wasn't even a position available for me. My second round interview was a nightmare. My interviewer seemed irritated that he had to speak to me at all.
