Interviewed with a campus rep, and told on the spot that I would have a second interview. Was told to go to D.C. but couldn't go that weekend and was offered another date in my state. Interview started out by me asking questions, and then typical behavioral questions. Was overall unimpressed.

Basic questions. Written portion. They are begging altruistic smart college grads to take this job. Some mind games are played here - I would advise reading the website ahead of time.

The most unprofessional and, quite honestly, disrespectful experience I've ever had with an organization. Interview got rescheduled multiple times and I had to wait weeks, only to find out that there wasn't even a position available for me. My second round interview was a nightmare. My interviewer seemed irritated that he had to speak to me at all.
