Applied online, and received a request for an initial interview within a couple of days. The first interview was a video call with the regional hiring manager in Wheeling, WV. She explained the challenges of benefits of the job, and asked about my work experiences. A few days later, I had an in-person interview with the area manager, and the person who previously held the position I applied for. During this second interview, I was primarily asked about what plans I had for the future, and a few scenario questions. Overall, it was very relaxed and friendly. Even though I didn't get the position, they still reached out to let me know in just over a week.
