There were three parts to the interview process: after I submitted my resume I received a call back and had long conversation with the Operations Manager. After the conversation I was invited for a Face to Face interview with the same Operations Manager. The interview was about an hour long and mostly based on how I can improve the Recruiting Process. After the first face to face interview, I was invited for a second face to face interview, but this time the owner was asking the questions based on the Operations Managers recommendation. I presented a solution, rather than give the same answers from the first interview. I was offered a position after the interview was over.
