With the number of applicants to this fellowship program, EDF has outsourced the two Skype interviews to another company. While the interviewers weren't as able to answer specific questions about EDF or Climate Corps, this was still a positive experience. The first interview asks a combination of technical and situational questions (e.g. "Calculate the ROI on this project....", or "Describe a time when you had to work together with people who had very different perspectives"). If asked for a second interview (which usually happens within the same week), this will be more focused on matching your interests and summer logistics (e.g. where in the country you want to work, whether you'll have a car) with an interested company.
