Submit an online application by early December and they will contact you if you were successful to proceed to the next round of interviews (there are two interviews in total). I was given a few cases to choose one from for the first interview, from there you are given guiding questions to prepare for - pretty straightforward. The interviewer ended up asking me a blind question related to the case I picked but it was a very manageable question, they're not trying to catch you off guard. They also asked me about the skills that I demonstrated proficiency in and previous experience. The second interview was more casual and consisted of asking more about placement preferences, interests and career goals.
