I went through three different interviews. The first two were a great experience. However the on boarding/interview meeting with the placement was messy and unclear. I was also CC'd on an email that was discussion between EDF and my placement in whether or not they would accept me. It felt a bit unprofessional.

I was not expecting to interpret an energy usage report.
I interviewed for 2025 Climate Corps Fellowship in mid February. The interview went for 1 hour. It was situational case specific questions, behavioral questions and a case study presentation provided by EDF. Bonus tip: Be confident and give real life examples.

I submitted the application and got an interview in a month. They discussed multiple scenarios with me and asked about my approach to managing the project. They also asked about my experience in project management and data analysis, and It took nearly an hour.
