There were two interviews. The first one asked about basic skills and background information. It was about 40 mins. The second one asked about preferences for matching with companies, i.e. geographic location, industries, etc. This one was about 10 minutes.

I interviewed for 2025 Climate Corps Fellowship in mid February. The interview went for 1 hour. It was situational case specific questions, behavioral questions and a case study presentation provided by EDF. Bonus tip: Be confident and give real life examples.

Interview
I submitted the application and got an interview in a month. They discussed multiple scenarios with me and asked about my approach to managing the project. They also asked about my experience in project management and data analysis, and It took nearly an hour.
