I only did the first round of the interview. The overall process was efficient and nice even though didn't get into the second round. It was a good experience. I might apply for the organization again in the future.

Why did you leave your old job and want to work with us?
Phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a one on one interview with current program coordinator, followed by a panel interview with team members you’d be working with and a one on one with the hiring manager

HR did not stick to original scheduled call. Had to reach out to reschedule. During call it felt like HR was disinterested in conversation. Followed up after call and there was no response regarding status or a rejection.
